With a passion for helping others achieve their goals and a Degree in Exercise Physiology, I accumulated 15 years 0f experience helping elite athletes  improve their strength and conditioning.  With all the success I had with my teams and individuals I could see that the methods I was implementing were having remarkable success.

All was going well in my life,  I thought my partner and I were healthy and thriving until we got the news that she had Cancer.  What a blow to our sense of knowing how to be healthy! I thought our diets and routines were pretty good. We were really shocked.

This experience motivated me to discover and explore, alternate cures, holistic remedies and new scientific solutions I'd never even thought to explore before.

Being confronted by the serious reality of losing someone so dear to me, the  truth in the old adage 'necessity is the mother of invention.'  became more relevant than ever.

I was desperate to try anything and in the end through trial and error I found what worked!  I had the answer and she was cured!
